Scheduled
Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be Six(6) Hours.

During the full 6 hour maintenance window, all Real Time Satellite data services will be intermittently disrupted for all customers. Most of the Real Time Satellite connectivity disruptions are expected to occur between 14:00 UTC – 17:00 UTC. However, there is a possibility of impact on Real Time Satellite data services until the work concludes at 20:00 UTC.

For the portion of the maintenance window scheduled for 15:00 UTC - 16:00 UTC - due to necessary network maintenance our TCP streaming (UniProxy), Geospatial Web Services (GWS – LVI; HVP; HVT) , ShipView, SFTP and Services API will be offline for a minimum of 15 minutes with the potential of up to 60 minutes. During this time, available incoming AIS data will be queued, therefore messages should backfill for all clients once connectivity is restored.

All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and minimize the impact to Maritime Data Platform services.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Should you encounter any issues or have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your Spire support team at ee.support@spire.com
