Dear Maritime Data Platform User,

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide quality data and superior products, the Spire Maritime Team have scheduled a maintenance cycle for the Maritime 2.0 Platform ; Legacy Messages API and Legacy Historical Positions API for Tuesday, 03 September 2024.

Maintenance Details: Spire Maritime 2.0 and Legacy Messages and Legacy Historical Positions API Scheduled Maintenance

Start: Tuesday, 03 September 2024 13:00 UTC
End: Tuesday, 03 September 2024 19:00 UTC

Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be Six (6) hours.

The maintenance process should be transparent to all users of the Maritime 2.0 platform, the Legacy Messages API and the Legacy Historical Positions API. However, the possibility of a risk of interruption in services does exist.

Please note: Geospatial Web Services Historical API (Historical Vessel Points/Historical Vessel Tracks) will not be affected by this process as it is a separate platform.

The majority of the Maritime 2.0 maintenance and Legacy API maintenance processes will occur between 13:00UTC – 16:00UTC. However, there is possibility of an impact until the work concludes at 19:00 UTC.

All account types will remain accessible and operational during this maintenance process.

All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and to minimize impact to Maritime Data Platform Services.
