Due to an abundance of caution, we are rescheduling the planned IP migration of the Geospatial Web Services (GWS) and Shipview Platforms from April 30th to May 07, 2024. Please note that there has been a change to the previously announced IP ranges as well. Uniproxy and SFTP services will be migrated later in May. Additional updates will be sent out to all users when the Uniproxy and SFTP services will be migrated to the new IP ranges.
Maintenance Details: Spire Scheduled IP Range Update for Geospatial Web services and ShipView Maintenance Window.
Start: Tuesday, May 07, 2024 14:00 UTC
End: Tuesday, May 07 2024 16:00 UTC
Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be Two (2) Hours.
The following services below will be updated to the new IP ranges as listed during the maintenance window. The update should be transparent to all users. We do not anticipate any disconnection in services. Users will automatically connect to the new platform when their clients will resolve the new IP address. As mentioned above, please note the change to the new IP addresses moving forward.
** Shipview Users – any user configuration changes made during this 2 hour window will not be migrated to the new platform. Therefore, we do recommend to refrain from making any updates to layers, alerts and preferences during this maintenance window.
New TCP/IP addresses: • 3.9.101.159 • 3.8.240.72 • 13.43.228.140
All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and minimize the impact to Maritime Data Platform services.
