Scheduled
Dear Maritime Data Platform User,
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide quality data and superior products, the Maritime Team have scheduled a maintenance cycle for the Geospatial Web Services (GWS) platform ; Latest Vessel Information (LVI) ; Historical Vessel Positions (HVP) and Historical Vessel Tracks (HVT) layers for Monday, 08 December 2025.
Maintenance Details: Kpler Geospatial Web Services Platform (GWS) Scheduled Maintenance – LVI; HVP and HVT Data Layers and includes ShipView
Start: Monday, 08 December, 2025 09:00 UTC End: Monday, 08 December, 2025 21:00 UTC
Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be Twelve (12) hours.
While the maintenance process is underway, Historical Vessel Positions (HVP) and Historical Vessel Tracks (HVT) layers will be unavailable and non-responsive for extended periods during the maintenance process. The Latest Vessel Information (LVI) layer will be online and responsive but there will be no new vessel positional updates to the database while work is underway. However, the possibility does exist that users may experience interruptions in service accessing the Latest Vessel Information (LVI). These processes will also affect ShipView Live and Historical data.
All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and to minimize impact to Maritime Data Platform Services.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Kpler Support Team at sp@kpler.com
