Scheduled
Dear Maritime Data Platform User,

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide quality data and superior products, the Spire Maritime Team have scheduled an emergency maintenance cycle for Thursday, 07 March 2024.

Maintenance Details: Spire Scheduled Maintenance Window

Start: Thursday, 07 March 2024 15:00 UTC

End: Thursday, 07 March 2024 16:00 UTC

Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be One (1) Hour.

Due to unforeseen issues uncovered by a recent networking change we must reconfigure our publicly facing circuits. This reconfiguration will affect our TCP streaming (UniProxy), Geospatial Web Services (GWS – LVI; HVP; HVT) , ShipView, SFTP and Services API will be offline for a minimum of 15 minutes with the potential of up to 60 minutes. During this time incoming AIS data will be queued, therefore messages should backfill for all clients once connectivity is restored.

All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and minimize the impact to Maritime Data Platform services.
