Dear Maritime Data Platform User,
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide quality data and superior products, the Spire Maritime Team have scheduled an emergency maintenance cycle for Wednesday, 17 April 2024.
Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be Two (2) Hours.
Security Firewall upgrades will be undertaken by our Infrastructure Team during the maintenance window. Users of raw streaming data account types – Uniproxy and raw Data Formatter/SFTP accounts may experience a short interruption in account access.
All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and minimize the impact to Maritime Data Platform services.
