Update
We are still monitoring and attempting to root cause. Currently all systems are operational, but we are seeing some connection latency.

Request rates are back to expected levels as of 03:00 UTC.

There is a still a slight increased network latency for the web service APIs.

Update
We are continuing to investigate this issue. Vessels and historical positions now see normal request rates, but there is still a lower volume of requests for messages. A root cause has not yet been fully identified.

We are currently seeing a drop in request rates for all Maritime services (roughly 80% of expected rates). Investigations ongoing.

This incident affected: Maritime 2.0, Sense Cloud - Messages API, Sense Cloud - Vessels API, and Sense Cloud - Historical Positions API.
